Intake Session

$180 for 50 minute intake session

TRICARE

Certified Out-of-Network Provider

1. Pay the self-pay rate upfront

2. Claim is submitted on your behalf

3. Receive reimbursement from TRICARE

Following Sessions

$165 for each 50 minute session after the intake session

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

$265 for 90 minutes

Follow up session the week following is $165 for 50 minutes

Holly is an out-of-network provider who can provide a "superbill" for you to submit to a commercial insurance provider. Please be aware that insurance requires a diagnosis and could limit your amount of sessions. If you would like the upmost privacy, flexibility, and want to be in control of your treatment, paying out of pocket is the safest option.
